Refund Policy
We do not offer partial refunds.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned worn, damaged, or broken and more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. After this time, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Restocking Fee
The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping expenses.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Please note all sale items are final. In the case you receive an item damaged or not in the condition as shown in photos please email us at info@mireillefineart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and limited edition items, such as original paintings, home decor items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any item, it must be for reasons previously stated and we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email at: support@mireillefineart.com and send your item to the return address listed on your package from us. The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping expenses.
