Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not issue a return. We also do not accept exchanges or returns for any piece of original artwork.

In the case of a return, Mireille Fine Art is not responsible for items which are lost in transit and will not be responsible for replacing or issuing a refund for an item which is not received within 14 days of receiving the return label. If your item is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit during a return, Mireille Fine Art is not responsible for issuing a replacement or refund for this item. 

Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of any order placement. Cancellations are not accepted after components have been obtained or due to differences between estimated and actual completion times. No reimbursements will be given in the event of delays, mistakes, or duplicates.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Original paintings
  • Used apparel
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item beyond 14 days after delivery


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed on the package as the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International VAT & Customs Duty

Should you reside in a country that imposes added duties to imported merchandise, you will be requested to cover the additional fee. When the package is shipped back to us and arrives unharmed, we will issue a refund minus the cost of return postage. In the event that duty is not accepted and the package is abandoned, we cannot offer compensation; similarly, if the piece is sent back to us damaged or broken, we are unable to provide a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/returned product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
