Where We Ship:
Mireille Fine Art is pleased to provide free domestic and international shipping options. Please note, free shipping does not exclude taxes. Taxes may be subject depending on each state.

Mireille Fine Art offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing:

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your order.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing
Mireille Fine Art is pleased to offer customers free shipping on all orders over $45. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Mireille Fine Art has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. 

In-Stock and Small Orders

All in stock items are set to ship within 3-7 business days. 


Tracking Your Order:
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at support@mireillefineart.com.

Oversized Home Decor 

All oversized home decor items are shipped via freight with a lead time depending on the state and country of delivery.

Made to Order 

Please note your order will be shipped to you either directly or by our individual vendors, artists, and designers, therefore shipping times may vary depending on your proximity to your article’s country of origin. We work alongside independent manufacturers around the world which means the delivery timeframes indicated in your confirmation order email are estimates and are also impacted by where your piece, or custom apparel is made and whether your piece, or custom apparel requires additional packaging preparation prior to shipment. 

Promotions and Sale

Within 7 days of a promotion, we offer price adjustments for full-priced items when no other offers were applied. Store credit (in the form of a discount) will be granted for the difference in price before taxes. Customers can combine promotional offers, such as shipping discounts.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders for original canvas paintings are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mireillefineart.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Please contact our customer support team within 7 business days to report a claim regarding any lost, or stolen, order. Mireillefineart.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save receipt, tracking number, all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
