      • Yes. Mireille Fine Art is certified through SupplierGATEWAY as a female owned and Black owned business.
      • How Can I Purchase A Book? 
      • At this time, all books and coloring books can be found exclusively through the artists Author Page on the Amazon website. Books cannot be ordered from this website. Please visit: amazon.com/author/mireillelouis  to purchase books or click on any direct link provided on this website within the Activity Books or Limited Edition catalogs.

        • Does Mireille Fine Art ship world-wide?
        • Yes. We offer World-wide shipping.
        • What is your shipping policy?
        • The shipping policy can be found at the bottom of the website along with the terms of use, privacy policy, refunds policy, returns policy, and California consumer privacy act (CCPA). 
        • Do you offer free shipping?
        • Free shipping is subject to most but not all products within the store. Relevant discounts may be applied. Currently free shipping without a discount code applies only to original canvas artwork pieces.
        • I placed an order but haven't yet received my confirmation email.
        • If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order please wait 24hrs. If 24hrs have passed and a confirmation is still not available please email: mireillelouis@mireillefineart.com to retrieve your confirmation of shipment processing. If you checked out as a guest, use your order number. Open the order confirmation or shipment confirmation email from the store. Find your order number. Find orders you placed. 
        • How can I track my package?
        • A tracking number will be provided after purchase. Please follow the link provided in your email. The delivery carrier usually tries to deliver your package 2-3 times before they return it to the warehouse. To avoid delays in delivery, we recommend that you make yourself available to sign for your signature-required package, if it applies. To make sure you get your order, you might need to sign for your package at the time of delivery. 
        • Why was my order cancelled? 
        • Items such as apparel, home decor, canvas prints, and accessories are all stored in a warehouse and made on-demand to reduce overproduction.
          Items may be cancelled due to out-of-stock or low-inventory to prevent delays in shipment. If you purchased a low-stock item and your order was cancelled, a refund will be issued during that time. Depending on your bank, please wait 3-7 business days for your refund to fully reflect back into your account.
          If your order was processed and you haven't received your order: Contact our support within 7-14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery date. 
          If 7-14 business days have passed and you have not contacted us about your missing package we may not be able to help you!
          To find your missing package, you must follow up with your local courier service at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
