Our Shipping Protection Policy
At Mireille Fine Art, we understand how important it is to receive your items in a timely and secure manner, that's why we offer our Simply Insurance® Protection Plan. You may choose to activate protection for your items each time at checkout, for a one time payment of only $10.00. This plan is optional only at checkout and you will not be billed monthly. With this policy, you can rest assured that your items will be protected from damage, loss, and theft during shipping.
How to Select Shipping Protection:
To ensure your items are covered by our shipping protection policy, you must select it at checkout. If you do not select the shipping protection option, we will not be liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping.
Damage: If your item arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement, up to the item's value.
Loss: If your item is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item.
Theft: If your item is stolen during shipping, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item.
How to File a Claim:
To file a claim under our shipping protection policy, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item through the claims report section on our website. To verify your claim, we will require an order number along with proof of damage, loss, or theft, such as photos or a police report, and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that our shipping protection policy does not cover items that were not properly packaged, items that were shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, or items that were shipped internationally.
